Another week with some mini tempo pick-ups mixed into a run. These felt great again -- pretty smooth, very sustainable, and even faster than last week. After #2 and 3 I was wanting to keep going just to see how long I could comfortably sustain that kind of pace. Exciting to see all the non-running work I've been doing the last few months translating so quickly into runs even before diving into any proper workouts.
Elliptical when I got back to extend the cardio a bit.
