Went for my first run outside today after all the time that I've taken off for my knee, and it went really well. I did the Oakhill loop and while (as with all first runs back) it wasn't easy, it wasn't as bad as I had expected. I worked a lot on cadence as well which was much easier than it has been, and I comfortably got up to about 86 paces/min which is a huge improvement for me. After the run I did 25 min on the bike and then a solid ab workout.
