Another edition of mixing in a little bit of tempo into a run this week, this time extending the tempo pieces from 3x 3 min (last week) up to 4 min. Once again went great, cruising comfortably and holding really quick paces (5:32, 5:41, 5:35), even with some heavy wind blowing in every direction. Nothing seriously challenging yet, but still fun to see what the legs can do even as I just gently re-introduce something quicker in this way.
Elliptical afterwards to extend the workout a bit.
