Notes
We went for our long runs this morning before getting on the bus to come back to Williamstown, and the run went really well. Despite the fact that the top of my foot was weirdly hurting today for some reason (randomly started yesterday while walking around) the run felt amazing, and the weather could not have been much more perfect- completely clear and sunny, cool and crisp. We went up the carriage paths on Mont Royal to great views on the top, and then wandered back down on various trails before taking city roads back to the hostel. It was fun running in a new and beautiful place, and everything felt really good.
