Was in Quebec City for the last couple of days, and between the things to do and bitter cold/snow, I didn't get out for any runs. After driving back home yesterday, I jumped back into things with a solid run at Rockefeller today, and felt great - after some warming up, my legs felt pretty fresh and I was moving well.
