Set out to do 5 miles on the softer surfaces of Rockefeller in Rockwood Hall, but only made it about 3.2 miles before my hip started bothering me again. I finished out the half mile to bring it to 3.5 miles for the day, but decided to stop there to save my hip. I'll have to get this checked out again. Everything else felt fine, and I kept a good pace while I was able to run (just over 7:00).
