Over night the toe that I hurt yesterday stiffened up and swelled, and was rather more painful today than it was yesterday perhaps pointing to my having sprained it. As a result I was stuck going to the gym today to bike, where I did a pretty good 45 min workout. I was feeling a little tired (probably because of all the miles and doubles I suddenly started doing) but I didn't take today too hard so hopefully I'll be feeling pretty good again tomorrow. I'm sick and tired of little incidents and accidents like taking a wrong step during a run doing such damage to me- why are all my joints and muscles so delicate? I need to find some exercises to strengthen my joints..
