Notes

We started practice with about 20 minutes of yoga to loosen up and stretch after our climb yesterday, which felt great. After that I went to the gym and biked for 30 minutes at medium/easy effort as my main recovery day for the week, as my foot was a little angry with me for the run yesterday. After biking though I iced and massaged the foot, and it's actually feeling significantly better which is great.
