Went for a slightly shorter day today to make it a little easier, but for some reason the run felt pretty hard (though I suspect it was because I was going really fast). I focused on getting my cadence back up and I was fairly successful, though I had to work to keep it up near 90 strides/min. Afterwards I did a 20 min bike to make it about a 45 min workout, and then did the lift.
