Notes
Went for an easy morning run today, which went well but had to be pretty early because I had 8:30 class. I headed out on 43 to Gale, looping through campus on the way back to Prospect and then going down Hoxsey to make it a full 4 miles. I felt rather stiff and tight for the first half or so, but as I kept going the run felt progressively better.
