Notes

Biked today since I was guarding both morning and lunch today, and I got a pretty good workout. I did a ill hour with the resistance up pretty high, and I made sure that I maintained a good cadence as well. I worked it hard which felt good, and then finished up with almost 15 min of core.

Also had Keelin take a look at my glute this afternoon, and hopefully the work she did on it will help it heal a little faster.
