Notes

We did a short tune-up workout of efficiency running this afternoon of 2x(400m, 300m, 200m, 100m) with recovery of 100m less than the interval before, and 600m between sets. It was all fast (obviously) and I did it in trainers, but it felt pretty good anyways.
