I did what was potentially my last run in Geneva for the year today, heading out at lunch to go over to the Pont Butin, down the trails and then back up the hill towards Chancy before coming down and going through Plain Palais and Cornavin to come back. As with most of my runs recently it wasn't truly easy or relaxed, but it was comfortable and very sustainable, which felt great. And even so, the pace continues to astound me. My last mile (which I was pressing only slightly) was a 6:00 flat. I'm curious to do a steady state and see what happens... But, I should keep in mind that these paces will probably slow a bit while I'm home, where things are even hillier.
