I wet out for this weekend's workout pretty early (before joining the family at Jiminy for the day!) and it went pretty well. I did 2x1k at 3k pace (which meant roughly 3 minutes fast on the roads), with 2 min rest between, then 3 min recovery following the second, and 15 min progression with the second half at about tempo. I chose to do the workout on Henderson which turned out to be a mistake because the hill was endless, but when I started coming back down it felt much better. Followed the workout with abs.
