Did 6x3:00 at I-Pace (61 VDOT= 80/400m) which was quite fast and I could feel it as the third hard day in a row, but I finished and was never more than a second slow for the 800m mark. Took a very nice, slow cool down afterwards and felt good, but tired. Felt a little something in my knee, should be careful. Stay on soft areas.
