Notes

Another solid run to close out a strong (and big) week. Legs a little tired, but still really nice cruising through this loop. Reminder for next week to start being more intentional about truly easier days vs keeping all at this moderate effort.

Closed with a 30 min HIIT/strength circuit to get a "long day"-style legnthier workout in without all being on the legs and cardio.
