I went for another run outside today and it felt great. Chris (Mezias) and I went to Linear Park (off Rt. 2) to do a long 4 miles. We probably went a good bit faster than 9:00s, but it felt fine and I wasn't too worried about my foot because we were on nice soft surfaces.
