Notes

Did a swim-run double again today, though with a couple of hours between the two, and it felt pretty good. My legs weren't as tired as usual during the run, and during some of the uphills I actually felt pretty strong. Added in two 30 sec strides toward the end of the run to get the legs spinning a bit.
