Finally decided to up the daily distance a little, so I headed out to the big bridge and looped by by Bel Aire and Muzy on the way back. It was super windy today with the Bise coming across the lake, so going out I had a nice tailwind pushing me along at times but coming back along the lake was among the worst headwind I've ever experience. In spite of that, though, I still split the piece from Muzy to work and was doing 6:16's, which is pretty good with such awful wind, and the overall average was far better than I was expecting since this run didn't feel so hard. All good things.
