Notes
Went for an easy morning run today to loosen up, and it went great. I thought to use the stick to roll a little before heading out and it made me feel much better than I normally do on morning runs right after I wake up. I kept the pace easy and enjoyed the nice morning, going through the graveyard and then taking river path over to Cole, looping down on Moorland and through campus, and then heading back to Prospect.
