Notes
Went out earlier in the day than normal today for my run, and it was great. The day was beautiful, just warm enough, and even smelled really fresh. I did my longest run of the fall, and did a bit of a progression that turned into about 35 minutes of a pretty solid sustained pace that felt great. I loved being on the trails today, and on a Sunday around midday they were very quiet which was perfect. All in all a really good run.
