Notes

Followed the run with 25 min of solid biking plus a 5 min cool down, and it went pretty well. The legs felt pretty tired today for some reason and so it felt a little harder than normal, but I pushed through it and finished the time on a pretty high resistance which was good. Followed it with core as well (only a little over 10 minutes though because I felt kind of tired).
