Notes
Went for a run late in the day today and it went really well. I was still tired of running after my miserable experience on Sunday morning but I got myself out and started from HG doing an Old Lyme through town and looping by the train station before heading home on Douglas and Hardscrabble. I felt good and the cooler temperature, after a brutal week, felt really great. Hills weren't bad but I should keep working on them. Felt a little something in my hip but it never got bad and when rolling afterwards I couldn't seem to find the spot to work out any knots so not sure what was going on...
