Notes

I went out for a short run a little while after today's swim, and it went okay. The first 20 minutes or so my legs were quite tired and so the pace was slow and not super comfortable. After that though, they seemed to suddenly loosen up nicely and I was able to drop the pace quite a bit. All in all not bad, and I'm glad that I was able to do both a swim and a run this afternoon, mixed in with some good biking all over the place.
