Got myself out again after a couple days off (because of some weird stomach pain I had Sunday evening that I wanted to make sure was okay...), and the run went well. Always feels a bit funny after days off, but I got into it and the pace accelerated quite steadily over the run from about 6:30 down to just about 6:00. I also tried to really focus on doing some cadence work, doing about a minute of faster cadence and then a few minutes normal. Just trying to start thinking about it more.
