Did an easier day today, and I didn't feel very good. My legs were really worn out by yesterday's workout on top of Sunday's long run, and they just felt like noodles. So I kept it slow and suffered through, and hopefully another easier day tomorrow will help with recovery.
I also wore my marathon shoes today in an effort to start getting the feet used to them again, and they at least felt good, though I could tell they have even less cushion than my current trainers!
