Did my first tempo in a few weeks, and it went pretty well. I did it on a tough, hilly loop, and just focused on maintaining effort rather than pace on the hills. The pace on the flats was pretty strong - consistently around 5:35-5:40 - which was a nice reassurance after so long without a workout. Looking forward to more of these...
