Went out for an average run, getting up to 7 mi again after missing yesterday. The first few miles felt quite good, then I started tiring a bit in the second half. I wasn't intentionally pushing the pace much (at least until the last mile or so) but it wasn't super easy.. Nevertheless, did the first third averaging about 6:20's, then did the balance of the run averaging about 6:05's, which is pretty strong (and no wonder I was getting tired at the end).
