Did a tough workout today of 6x1000m at T-Pace (64 VDOT=83/400m), rest 30 seconds between each (increased after 3 to 45-50 seconds) followed by 4x200m at under R-Pace (64 VDOT=35/200m). The last few 1000's got harder and the heat even in the morning didn't help at all, but I managed to make all of them within a second or two and the last one was right on. I could feel my hip a little, but it wasn't bad and it went away again. Cooled down with a bridge loop.
