Notes

Did a fairly short workout today on the Columbia track (which was a little short at 10 laps to the mile, but at least it was a track). I did a mile at date 5K (about 5:08), 4 min recovery, and then 3x3 min oslerians with 1 min at 10K, 1 min at 5K, 30 sec at 3K, and 30 sec "lift". It felt pretty good except that it was very warm in the building, but I managed.
