I went for a real run today, off campus, doing Gale. Coming back I looped around frosh quad past Dodd and came back on that road that runs parallel to campus before looping back around Currier to the gym, where I continued my workout with a solid 30 min bike to round out the hour workout. It was great being able to run so farm and I think that the stretches I've been doing have really helped speed my recovery a lot.
