Went for just an average run this afternoon, checking out the course of the Antigel race in the Parc des Eaux Vives. My legs felt tired - I don't know if residual from yesterday, or from the fact that I biked out to a meeting at the Global Fund this morning, or both - but finally by the midway point or so they had warmed up, and on the flat 2 mile stretch back to the office I was moving pretty well. And, obviously, the pace was quite good too.
