Went for my first run now that I'm back at home for the summer today, and I headed over to Rockefeller for the long day. After the first couple of miles during which I was warming up and getting going I started to feel really good, and kept a great pace going for the whole thing. The hills don't seem as bad anymore, and I was really feeling good today even despite the humid heat that I'm not so used to yet.
