Really enjoyable long(er) run to cap another great week in the books. Went out for one of the classic routes today, and it was a beautiful + warmer morning to enjoy it. Like last week, the miles seemed to slide by pretty quickly, and I felt good being out and on the feet for so long. I intentionally wanted the pace to be more "average" and not an easy run, but still kept it comfortable. Admittedly had some help from the (rolling) net downhill for much of the second half of the route, but even so, stayed quite consistent. Wasnt to keep being intentionally about recovery and avoiding the more consistent fatigue that I've noticed in the past, but seems like so far we're doing alright.

Decided not to cycle when I got back, but did do a full-body strength set to extend the workout and stay consistent with some weight work.
