Notes
For my first run today I decided to do the Oakhill Loop, which I haven't done in the longest time. It was a bit longer than I had remembered (I had been aiming to do only 3 this morning) but nevertheless I felt good and once again enjoyed the short run. I did notice an odd, slight "tightness" (? soreness?) in the bottom of my left foot, but it completely went away once I got going and warmed up.
