We did our last pre-nationals workout today, and it went pretty well. We did 4 min cruise, 90 sec rest, 3 min oslerian (1 min 10K, 1 min 5K, 30 sec 3K, 30 sec mile), 2.5 min rest, 2 min cruise, 90 sec. rest, 3 min oslerian, 2.5 min rest, 3 min cruise. This was a nice, short workout that got the legs moving and we were definitely going pretty fast, but I did ok. My knee was persistent for the warm up and the beginning of the workout, but once I really got going it was fine and I didn't even feel it anymore. I felt like I was working harder than normal to keep up with the group (when I kept up) but toward the end of the last one I was keeping up a little more easily. I think with some rest I'll be fine though.
