Notes
I ran the Greeley loop from CST which made for a tough start going up Hardscrabble, but the last part of the run was great because I got to stop just before that hill. It was very warm today and I went right int he middle of the day (thanks to life guarding course) which was too bad, but I felt pretty good especially once I got to Greeley. I also added in 3x1 min pickups to the last mile with 30 sec rest between them- nothing fast (roughly tempo) but I wanted to get the legs moving a little and it felt good.
I did, just to note, only get about 4.5 hours of sleep last night so that probably contributed a lot to the tired feeling today.
