Notes

Today was a recovery day, but not quite off completely. I didn't run at all because of my ankle (though I did go see the trainers today and they said that isn't serious) but I joined the team for the stretching/ab circuit that we did for about 30 minutes by the track, and then we went to the pool where I did about 1000 yds of swimming plus a set of aqua jogging which went fairly well.
