Run/hike with Keiko up to Garibaldi Lake. The trail was well-groomed and non-technical, but it was a relentless uphill with never-ending switchbacks for 6.5k, until it levelled out and we got to the pristine, turquoise-blue glacial lake. I'm not complaining because it was nice and relaxing, but I'm really surprised at how slow she is on uphill trails. It took us about 1.5 hours up, and then just over an hour down, with a really long break in the middle. I think I could have done the up in about an hour and 10 minutes, at a moderate effort.
