pushed this run from the start. Goal was to average under 8:00 pace and only some fast miles near the end made that happen. not my usual morning routine of coffee and clif bar an hour before run so wasn't sure what to expect. had coffee and banana bread 20 minutes before run which I have NEVER done. Super excited by 7:48 mile that included the hardest hills in the park.
