First real long run in over a year and first in this marathon training. Never felt great and it was snowing while I was running. 8:30 pace for first 4 miles, 8:54 pace for next 2, 8:48 for next 2, 8:57 for next 2, 9:14 for last 2 including up hill to house. wanted to go 13 but this was all I could handle.
