Track not available so I ran an estimate of the Tartan Trot 5K . . . had to bail climbing the hill (WEAK!) but it was likely only a tenth short. Splits (inaccurate) were 6:42 / 6:26 / 6:52 (20:00) . . . an estimated 5K on this would be 20:40.
I've got 4 weeks to get stronger . . . there was no taper or rest leading to this effort, on purpose.
