Why I started running: It is quite simple. I needed to lose weight and make a drastic lifestyle change. I have had some serious health issues in the recent months. The Big Sur Half Marathon is only 5 months away and it gives me a goal to strive for. I have already lost over 15 lbs and I am that much closer to my goals! |
