was ancious to run today as the weather was so nice.....I planned a 3 mile and was looking to speed it up and work on the higher end of the heart rate. I felt very slow, sluggish and tired. The lower back was a bit sore also.
I felt very winded in mile two and ven though my time shows a pretty good kick, I felt like I had no kick at all.
