ran on east side trails and tried to increase the pace a bit to work on tempo and intensity rather than distance as the race is Sunday. I felt slow, winded and a bit unorthadox at first but settled in pretty well after a mile or so
Garmen read 3.84, nano 5.14 so I called it 4.5 miles.
