I think I got close to the right milage...maybe a bit longer. Started very tired but pushed as hard as I felt I could through the run...seemed faster that it showed here. ....but definately felt like race pace today. wanted to quit at 2 miles and had to force myself to continue.
8:50 (141-158)
9:55 (158-168) biggest hill 9%
8:34 (158-165)
7:36 (164-165) didn't have much left for the end.
