ran with the intent to push the pace a bit. The ground was very wet and spongy.....no pushoff because of that. The ground seemed to rob my energy and cardio was at the max. The legs didn't feel too bad though. Had trouble with recording milage.....garmen kept losing signal and read 2.5 miles, nano read 3.22 but I ran a lot of short steps because of the conditions...so I called it 3 miles.
