I am never going to get to run a tempo without snow and ice. One easy, 5 @LT effort. In the snow and ice (which was really bad at Munson Park, with ice over the dirt then a dusting of snow over it), this was about 6:45/mile. One day, I will do a tempo in nice weather, and actually at half pace. Did five more miles with Dad when it was over--now that is a good Christmas run.
