Notes
Great nice-and-easy run. Ran the first 2.5-ish with Molly the Wonder Hound, who is very happy it's not so hot any longer. After that, went out for another four. Met another runner on the way named Jeff--the two of us talked and ran together for about 2 miles. He noticed the barefoot sandals and we had a good chat about it, running in the neighborhood, etc. I guess there are some other friendly runners around here!
