Notes

New plan: map runs BEFORE doing them. Thought that was 7 and it wasn't. Ugh. It felt okay. Body is definitely still tired so I need to focus on sleep and recovery nutrition this week. My left knee felt a little tired so I spent extra time stretching post run and plan to hangout with the foam roller tonight. Going to make up the last quarter mile later in the week on another run.
